[I] [Bug][Sonarqube] Cannot see any projects when trying to add data scope [incubator-devlake]

- [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues.
### What happened
I have tried with different type of sonarqube API keys (user, global analysis, project analysis) , and I am successfully setup the connection, when click the test button, it said "Connected". However when I trying to add projects (repositories) , nothing to be selected .
### What do you expect to happen
Like other connections, I expected to see list of projects from sonarqube, and I can select and move on.
### How to reproduce
- Setup a sonarqube connection (select sonarqube server)
- Test connection
- Click add data scope.
### Anything else

I found a similar closed issue that might be relevant to your problem: [[Bug][Config UI] Data scope cannot display correctly in project](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/5458). This issue was resolved by a pull request that fixed the display of the data scope in the project <sup>[[1]](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/5458)</sup>.
For your current issue, ensure that you are using a SonarQube token created with a system admin account, as some APIs require this permission to list all projects. Additionally, verify that the endpoint URL is correctly configured to point to a valid REST API endpoint, ending with a `/`. If you are behind a corporate firewall or VPN, you may also need to configure a Proxy URL to ensure connectivity <sup>[[2]](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake-website/blob/main/versioned_docs/version-v0.20/Configuration/SonarQube.md)</sup><sup>[[3]](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake-website/blob/main/versioned_docs/version-v0.19/Configuration/SonarQube.md)</sup>.
