Re: [I] consumeThreadMin can't be larger than consumeThreadMax,在前面注解处理器中是否可以做兜底校验 [rocketmq-spring]

   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `enhancement` | Status: **Evaluated**

   **Feasibility:** feasible
   **Scope:** `@RocketMQMessageListener` annotation processor
   **Compatibility:** backward-compatible (additive validation)

Valid suggestion: The annotation processor for `@RocketMQMessageListener` should validate that `consumeThreadMin <= consumeThreadMax` at startup, failing fast with a clear error message instead of allowing misconfiguration that leads to runtime issues.

This is a reasonable defensive programming improvement. A PR adding validation in `AnnotationEnhancer` or the listener container initialization would be welcome.
