[users@httpd] Error When loading Apache

I'm having some issues with apache2. I get the following error when I
try installing on Windows XP

I'm thinking that I should reload the OS on this server so I can start
fresh. But if there is an easier way please let me know

If the path is not set you can also to to the Apache/bin dir and look
for the apache.exe executable.  cd to the dir and run the apache -k
start.

Try running the httpd binary directly from the command prompt and see
what turns up on the prompt and in the error log.
