Maximum length of TextMessage

Hello all, 

Question 1:

Is there a maximum length for the TextMessages? I can't find it anywhere
:working:, but as there are other kinds of messages, I guess that a limit
should exist.

Question 2: 

Which is the range of each kind of message? If a TextMessage was not bigger
enought for the amount of data I want to send, could I use a BlobMessage?
