[PR] Fix empty first row in Generate Random Value type picker and add unit tests (hop)

- Fix a UI bug in the Generate Random Value transform where the type selection dialog showed a blank first row when choosing a random field type.
- Add unit test coverage for the `transforms.randomvalue` package, including meta, runtime, enum, and data classes.
