unable to start up tomcat at service for NT

Hello,

I installed in tomcat for window 2000 server and it work fine.  When I
downloaded the Jakarta NT Service and the wrapper.properties and fallow the
instructions to make tomcat run as a service it give me error and won't
start.  Please let me know what can I do to make it start as a service for
window 2000 server.
