   Mostly the same as previous crash course with C++ backend dataloader added at the end.
   Thanks to MXNet team member zhreshold for building and documenting this.

   All tests are already queued to run once. If tests fail, you can trigger one or more tests again with the following commands: 
   - To trigger all jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [all] 
   - To trigger specific jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [job1, job2] 
   *** 
   **CI supported jobs**: [windows-cpu, edge, unix-gpu, centos-gpu, windows-gpu, website, sanity, centos-cpu, clang, miscellaneous, unix-cpu]
   *** 
   _Note_: 
    Only following 3 categories can trigger CI :PR Author, MXNet Committer, Jenkins Admin. 
   All CI tests must pass before the PR can be merged.

   Apologies all, this was supposed to be on a forked version of the MXNet 2.0 incubator. I am closing this and opening a new version of this PR here: https://github.com/vidyaravipati/incubator-mxnet/pull/4.
