Contains jxtg block and accompanying gump.xml patch

The attachement contains a suggestion for how to make an extensible
JXTemplateGenerator. To install:

* unzip
* apply gump.xml.patch in $COCOON_HOME
* move el/, jxtg/ to $COCOON_HOME/src/blocks/
* start servlet and surf to http://localhost:8888/samples/blocks/jxtg/

The samples are rather basic. More info can be gathered from the test cases.
