[VOTE] Release Apache Tajo 0.10.0 (RC0)

Hi folks,

I have created an Apache Tajo 0.10.0 release candidate (rc0).

This is a major release which includes lots of new features, bug
fixes, and improvements. Especially, this release includes
lightweight JDBC driver, HBase storage integration, hadoop
dependency removal from Tajo client, and
improved Amazon S3 support.

The RC0 is available at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tajo/tajo-0.10.0-rc0/

Nexus Staging URL:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetajo-1002/

The RC0 tag in git is here:
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=tajo.git;a=commit;h=95f13b3a0ba651b1b67d126b06ce92a10cbe5eff

Release notes is at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tajo/tajo-0.10.0-rc0/relnotes.html

and the KEYS file containing the PGP keys used to sign the release can
currently be found at: http://people.apache.org/keys/group/tajo.asc

The vote will be open for at least 72 hours.

Please vote:

[ ] +1 release the RC0 as tajo-0.10.0
[ ] + 0 no opinion
[ ] -1 do not release this package because ...

Here is my +1.

Best regards,
Hyunsik Choi

Hi guys,

Thank you for your review. I'll cancel this release vote, and then
I'll call a vote for new release tarball after I reflect your
comments.

Thanks,
Hyunsik

Hyunsik,

In addition, I found unmodified pom.xml and sphinx doc. Could you remove it
?
Here is my grep :

kimjh:tajo-0.10.0-src kimjh$ grep -r 'SNAPSHOT' ./
.//CHANGES: 2.6.0-SNAPSHOT. (jaehwa)
.//pom.xml: <tajo.version>0.9.0-SNAPSHOT</tajo.version>
.//tajo-catalog/tajo-catalog-drivers/tajo-hcatalog/pom.xml:
 <version>0.10.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
.//tajo-common/src/main/java/org/apache/tajo/util/VersionInfo.java: *
@return the Tajo version string, eg. "0.9.0-SNAPSHOT"
.//tajo-docs/pom.xml: <version>0.9.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
.//tajo-docs/src/main/sphinx/configuration/catalog_configuration.rst: $ ls
tajo-dist/target/tajo-x.y.z-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
.//tajo-docs/src/main/sphinx/getting_started.rst: $ ls
tajo-dist/target/tajo-x.y.z-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
.//tajo-docs/src/main/sphinx/getting_started.rst: $ tar xzvf
${TAJO_SRC}/tajo-dist/target/tajo-x.y.z-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz
