Committer search tool

I was trying to find a person whose name has an á and the roster tool was not helpful.

When searching with "ferná" it found only the person I was looking for, but when searching with "ferna" it found everyone but the person.

If possible, I'd suggest creating the list of possible matches from the ascii version of the names.
