Copyrights in place

I've used my python script to add the license/copyrights comment block to all Java source files.  Also, the script can be used to update copyrights as well, if we need to change any of the content of the comment.

Python can be very handy, even though I generally don't like untyped scripting languages.  Wish my brain were not so full, I'd like to learn it better.
