Resize embedded SVG with FOP

Hi !

I want to embedded SVG files in my PDF output, but to display them correctly, I need to resize the SVG images.
(For other reasons, I can't resize the SVG images directly in the SVG file...)
I tried the content-with, scaling, ... properties on the fo:external-graphic node, but it seems it doesn't work properly...

I use FOP 0.20.1.

Any idea to solve my problem ?
