[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache-Tez-0.8.0-alpha (rc1)

With 5 +1s and no -1s, this vote passes.

Thanks everyone for voting. I'll send out the announce mail once the bits
have propagated to the apache mirrors.

I'll likely create a 0.8.1 RC for the issue reported by Andre. Ideally, I'd
like this include the guava shading fix, and potentially a change to move
away from log4j-1.2 (if this is possible).
