   This specifically came out of issues we were having with intermediary HTTP caches being configured to cache too long. Right now, there's no way to figure that out from the t3c/cache side. 
   
   This adds a log for the Age header in all TO responses, to make it easy to determine and diagnose caching issues in production. It also adds other response info to the log, to aid operational debugging.
   
   No changelog, no docs, the details of t3c log lines aren't documented.
   Includes tests.

   - Traffic Control Cache Config (T3C, formerly ORT)

   Run t3c, observe `requestinfo path=a ip=b code=c, date="d" age=e` log lines.
