Zeppelin Hadoop core-sites.xml

Hi,
I am using the Zeppelin binaries built from source as of today and
Zeppelin's Spark context is not loading the credentials in my
core-sites.xml. Hence its unable to read/write to S3.
Any one else seeing this problem? Any suggestions/workarounds?

val lines = sc.textFile("s3n://mys3bucket/myfile").count

AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key must be specified as the username
or password (respectively) of a s3n URL,
