Missing CLI Binary Releases

Did we stop publishing binary release artifacts from the CLI repo?

Tries to grab it but I don't see any binary releases here: 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-cli/releases/tag/latest

Check again, I see the “nightly” zips attached
