[DISCUSS] Time for 0.5.3

Hi, Celeborn community,

It has been a month since the 0.5.2 release, and there are some
critical fixes land branch-0.5, for example:


[CELEBORN-1769] Fix packed partition location cause
GetReducerFileGroupResponse lose location[1]
[CELEBORN-1760] OOM causes disk buffer unable to be released[2]
Revert "[CELEBORN-1376] Push data failed should always release request body"[3]
[CELEBORN-1783] Fix Pending task in commitThreadPool wont be canceled[4]
[CELEBORN-1743] Resolve the metrics data interruption and the job
failure caused by locked resources[5]

From my perspective, it’s time to prepare for release 0.5.3.
WDYT? And I’m volunteering to be the release manager if no one has applied.
