Do you have installed an extension? There is no 'open documents of same type'
in my version of 4.1.1. and there is no macro involved when opening a document.

Please describe exactly how do you do 'open documents of same type'.

If a macro is involved, it it likely an error in the script. In such case the
macro itself is needed to investigate.
