Groovy 2 Tutorial book update

Hi All,

A while ago my Groovy 2 Tutorial book was mentioned in the Groovy Weekly.
Since then I've been adding content and have moved it to LeanPub so as to
make the publishing easier.

If you'd like an "early access" e-book copy I have 20 freebies on offer via

find errors I'd love to hear from you.
