Above links don't appear to list all JAVA_OPTS.
Where can I get description/specifications of all relevant Daffodil options as they relate to JAVA?{quote}
 
I would suggest this doc should include all the env-vars that would normally be involved in setup to make Daffodil work from CLI and embedded in applications. For example use of the classpath to make schemas packaged as Jars work so that one schema can refer to another without being strongly coupled (still being able to test them separately).

This might be a group of doc pages, not just one. The classpath topic alone is probably a whole web-site page/topic.
