Unable to whitelist...

I can't manage to whitelist this mailing list. hrm. I'm using
amavisd-new and the SpamAssassin squirrelmail plugin as an interface. I
have no trouble whitelisting/blacklisting other lists, but this one
keeps getting tagged...

Here's what I have in the mysql db:

| 0 | 0 | 6 | discship@netflix.com | W |
| 6 | 0 | 7 | mealmail@campbellskitchen.com | W |
| 6 | 0 | 7 | MealMail@campbellskitchen.com | W |

So it appears that it *should* be whitelisted. It appears that it
correctly matches the From: address, but it keeps getting dinged.

I know that I could go ahead and add campbellskitchen.com to the
amavisd.conf file, but that doesn't help me figure out why it's not
whitelisting properly.

Here's the full mail with headers below:
(hrm, pork chops sound kinda good..)
