Test failures
This test case is failing frequently on jenkins:
org.apache.bookkeeper.test.ReadOnlyBookieTest.testBookieShouldTurnWritableFromReadOnly
Has anyone looked into it?

No, make a jira each time you see a test fail. Attach as much
information as possible. Mark as a blocker for 4.3.0

OK, that's a bit of randomization right there. Should we create an umbrella jira for cleaning up tests or do you propose a different approach?

There's quite a bit of flake in the tests for trunk right now. Some
work will have to be done before 4.3.0 to make sure all runs
cleanly. A lot of it is problems in the tests themselves though.

I looked at the log. This seems to be a flaky test. Let me create a patch
later to address it.
