Trademark violation related to OpenOffice trademarks

Hi,

we got informed about a trademark violation of the OpenOffice trademarks
on www.openoffice-fr.net.

The site is using our design, our name and an older logo of OpenOffice
and is charging for the download.

What is the next steps, should I create a new jira issue for this?

Juergen

Next steps are via trademarks@ not legal-discuss@. I've cc'd them here.
Please drop legal-discuss in replies.

You have to send an SMS to get a code that allows you to use the

disponible sur le site web, de nos serveurs au disque dur de son PC
local ; en échange, l´utilisateur devra, préalablement à chaque
installation, obtenir un Code, conformément à la clause 2.2 des
Conditions d´Utilisation. " ( The service allows users to download the
software available on the website, from our server to the local PC hard
disk; the user must, prior to each installation, get a code, in
accordance with clause 2.2 of the Terms of Use.)

" ACCESS TO THE PREMIUM SERVICE ONLY FOR ADULT OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND
SHALL REQUIRE SENDING ONE SMS FOR INSTALLATION, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE
CODE.
THE PRICE OF EACH SMS IS 3€. TOTAL COST OF SERVICE 3€ + PRICE OF A

Maybe he was referring to the column comparing Microsoft Office with
Open Office? In the middle of the page, the check list with green checks
and red crosses compares the two products, and the last line compares
their price: 399$ for Office, and free ("Gratuit" is "Free" in French)
for OpenOffice.org.

I am not interested or qualified for this matter, but where do you find
them charging for downloads?

That site mentioned above has a direct download link accessible on the
right hand side of the page.
