   As seen in #4283 we are seeing failure while storing attachments in CosmosDB. In most usecases we use CosmosDB along with an external attachment store like S3 so those flows still work.
   
   This issue is meant to track enabling pending tests untill Azure/azure-cosmosdb-java#85 is fixed
