RE: [PATCH] svn.rc for Windows

I don't have vc6 installed anywhere, so I can't test this unfortunately.

Re: Project File Formats.

I know the project format is changing drastically for both C# and VB.  C++
will continue to use a separate build system from other languages, which is
definitely changing.  I'm not sure on the details for the change for C++
projects though.  I'll try to find out more details in the next few days.
