https://github.com/apache/couchdb-documentation/blob/master/src/intro/security.rst has two mentions of SSL but no detail. Indeed all examples are http on port 5984 (not https on port 6984).

Security (page name is security.html) should start with https, and maybe show options for people who want to run much more unsecure over http.
