   @kamilwu those are good questions. 
   
   1. You can use a build scan to check if the build cache is being re-used. The build scan will tell you if a task was pulled from cache.
   2. There are some other tasks that require relative path sensitivity. Some of them are third party plugins. We can add relative path sensitivity to missing tasks when we see cache misses from them. If you notice any specific tasks here that I should add relative path sensitivity to, please let me know.
