> SparkCollectionUtils (common/utils, org.apache.spark.util) has no test coverage despite being used in production (e.g. StructType field indexing via toMapWithIndex). This adds a unit test suite covering toMapWithIndex, isEmpty/isNotEmpty, and createArray, including its per-primitive-type dispatch and the reference-type and size-0 cases. Test-only; no behavior change.
