[Bug 61276] The mod_proxy_wstunnel is not working on window 7 platform

I've tested your configuration and I get the same result on my Linux Box.

Setting loglelevl to debug, it is likely that you see some:
   AH02900: declining URL ws://onxsin111:8080/  (not WebSocket, Upgrade: header
is missing)


There is no proof of a bug in httpd, and the report is quite old now.
It is likely an incomplete understanding of the WebSocket protocol.
So, I'm closing as INVALID.


Feel free to re-open if I'm wrong and/or if the issue is still there and/or if
you have more inputs on the reported issue.
