I am having the same problem. I am trying to use jmeter 2.3 to test a site
which uses a form to login into a site. However adding a cookie manager
doesn't seem to allow jmeter to keep state, the next page doesn't seem to be
aware of the session cookie.

I have tried version 2.2 and it seems fine, importing a testing plan from
version 2.2 into 2.3 seems like a work around.
