To set the LexicalHandler for an XML reader, use the XMLReader.setProperty
  method with the propertyId "http://xml.org/sax/handlers/LexicalHandler".
However, looking at the sample code and the xerces sources, the property
! string used is: "http://xml.org/sax/properties/lexical-handler"

! ------- Additional Comments From curcuru@apache.org 2001-04-23 06:01 -------
! Hmm - perhaps this should wait until the xml-commons project gets underway, sinc
! e we don't own the org.xml.sax package - it's an externally defined standard.
! If this is a bug, it might best be against Xerces, for not following the
! standard-suggested string. (Presuming our org.xml.sax files match the megginson
! ones exactly)
