Hi [~charanh] , can you please provide the detailed steps how to reproduce this issue? Like how much resource(memory, Vcores, etc) this application already used, and what's the pending resource, etc.

Are we using multiple resources here? If yes, this might be an issue with DRC. We recently observed several DRC issues very similar to this one.
