Several system tests in streams should be using exactly-once. These include:

- all streams performance benchmarks in tests/kafkatest/benchmarks/streams/
- tests/kafkatest/tests/streams/streams_broker_bounce_test.py especially should be modified to strengthen the requirements for success. Currently it's declared a success if streams doesn't crash, but it should also check that no records have been delivered more than once.
