favicon.ico build problem

Hello devs,

After seeding a new project and building it I get the following error
(on win and linux):
X [0]favicon.ico BROKEN:
/home/thorsten/src/forrest-new/build/webapp/.../images/favicon.ico (No
such file or directory)

I was looking for the link in the svn-files but couldn't find it. So I
couldn't send a patch.

I did the following:
1) mkdir forrest-new
2) cd forrest-new
3) forrest seed
4) forrest

King regards
thorsten
