Planning SSHD release

Hey,

I've seen some mentions of an SSHD release.
I'd be happy to cut one in the coming days.
What's left to do for this release ?

* Could you look at releng issue SSHD-1225, please?
* Don't know if Lyor wants to provide something for SSHD-1226.

Otherwise I think we'd be good to go, with a nice set of
features and fixes, too.

* Server-side server-sig-algs; important now that OpenSSH has
   fully deprecated SHA1 RSA signatures.
* chacha20poly1305 cipher; curve25519 and curve448 KEX thanks
   to Matt.
* Initial support for OpenSSH client certificates.
* A race in KEX fixed.
* Some SFTP improvements.
