Interest Posting and Product Fees

Hi Guys

I am still relatively new to the Apache Fineract Project and i have a few
questions

- How can i configure the Interest to Post on the anniversary date
(Monthly, Weekly etc depending on the product settings), so that the it
appears on the statement, and not on disbursement, even if the loan is not
being paid on time.

- Can i configure product fees to be in these 3
   i. Paid Upfront
   ii. Capitalized to Loan Amount
   iii. Deducted From Loan

Any help would be appreciated.
