Clay Using Taglibs (e.g validation)

Hi,

I want to use the Clay HTML views together with the Shale validation.
How do I integrate the taglib directive
<%@ taglib uri="http://shale.apache.org/core" prefix="val" %>
into my HTML view?
How can I integrate other 3rd Party taglibs?
