[RESULT][VOTE] Airflow Providers - release preparation date 2026-04-21

Hello,

Apache Airflow Providers prepared on 2026-04-21 have been accepted, with
exclusions for specific providers as described below.

5 "+1" binding votes received:
- Shahar Epstein (except for the Celery provider)
- Wei Lee
- Jens Scheffler
- Buğra Öztürk
- Jarek Potiuk

The Celery provider has been excluded from the release due to an
incompatibility with Airflow 3.2.
The next RC candidate for this provider will be released as an ad-hoc
release.
