   ## Problem
   In compaction process, these operations process like below
   1. close the target file
   2. delete source file
   3. delete compaction log
   In compaction recover process, these operations process like below
   1. add file to recover list if it is open
   2. find target file in recover list is compaction log exists
   3. if the target file cannot be found the recover failed
   So if system break between step 2 and 3. The recover will fail.
   
   ## Solution
   Find tsfile both in recover list and resource list.
