Installation of JDK!

Hi,

To use tomcat I need to install JDK. When I double click on the execute file
(jdk12-win32.exe) nothing but two message boxes which shown below happends! 

 <<...>> 

 <<...>> 


Generally, on my PC all installable execute files (*.exe) can not be
installed but setup execute files (setup.exe)!

Did anybody have the same problem, any idea!?
