#538: Support any valid TracLink when searching relations

 When searching tickets based on their relations (dependson:#proda-5), only
 two possible ticket representation are supported (#ID and #PROD-ID). We
 could extend this to support all valid TracLinks that resolve to tickets.

 A possible approach would be, to extend whoosh query parser to detect
 which tokens are actually TracLinks, use trac formatter to resolve them
 and then use the resulting url to derive resources project, type and id.
