[jira] [Created] (HADOOP-18040) Use maven.test.failure.ignore instead of ignoreTestFailure
Akira Ajisaka created HADOOP-18040:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Use maven.test.failure.ignore instead of ignoreTestFailure
Key: HADOOP-18040
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-18040
Project: Hadoop Common
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: build
Reporter: Akira Ajisaka
In HADOOP-16596, "ignoreTestFailure" variable was introduced to ignore unit test failure, however, Maven property "maven.test.failure.ignore" can be used instead and it can simplify the pom.xml.
