Okay, so it looks like we can't do this yet. Cassandra uses Dropwizard 3.1.5, and Metrics 4.0.0 moved a class referred to during the tests.

I don't know whether this is only an issue when running tests with cassandra-all, but I'd rather wait until Cassandra upgrades.
