   There is still an issue with the changes to Python 3.7 in Airflow's 1.10. Release.

   Why is this commit https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/CHANGELOG.txt#L9 included in 1.10 but there is no support for Python 3.7. according to @ashb in this comment https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-2813?focusedCommentId=16561267&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-16561267 ?
