When a compute resource is deleted related records re not getting deleted from some of the related tables.
E.g.:
COMPUTE_RESOURCE_FILE_SYSTEM
DATA_MOVEMENT_INTERFACE
HOST_ALIAS
JOB_MANAGER_COMMAND
JOB_SUBMISSION_INTERFACE
PARALLELISM_COMMAND
RESOURCE_JOB_MANAGER

Seems like only COMPUTE_RESOURCE table record is deleted.
