[I] [Website] Fix version warning banner on docs [arrow-site]

amoeba opened a new issue, #576:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/issues/576

   The stable docs are acting like they're an older version of the docs,

   ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b74e6e77-7634-4ff4-8a03-1f24b4ea46d4)

   I didn't catch whatever the issue was in https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/pull/575 which we just merged. I'll take a look.

   Merged in https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/pull/577. I'll close this once I can check that the change is reflected on the website.

   For some reason, the docs generated docs had a newline and the script we use to update the docs doesn't work. The generate docs look like this,

   ```
       <script>
           DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.theme_version = '0.16.1';
           DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.theme_switcher_json_url = '/docs/_static/versions.json';
           DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.theme_switcher_version_match = '';
           DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.show_version_warning_banner =
               true;
           </script>
   ```

   and we update the `show_version_warning_banner` value with this sed command,

   ```
       sed -i.bak \
         -e "s/DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.show_version_warning_banner = true/DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.show_version_warning_banner = false/g" \
         {} \;
   ```

   So we'll need to fix the docs here and also figure out why the generate docs have a newline now.

   After clearing cache, everything looks right now.
