JMS:
WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.3.0
There are multiple server instances in the weblogic. there is one admin node and 6 instances as a cluster

See the below error when trying to start the ConsumeJMS processor. the topic is deployed on all servers in the cluster.
ConsumeJMS[id=2ceed992-0174-1000-000b-48cb28dbd63f] Error while trying to process JMS message: org.springframework.jms.UncategorizedJmsException: Uncategorized exception occurred during JMS processing; nested exception is weblogic.jms.common.JMSException: weblogic.messaging.dispatcher.DispatcherException: weblogic.messaging.dispatcher.DispatcherException: weblogic.jms.common.JMSException: [JMSExceptions:045102]A destination named "osb3JmsModule!osb3JmsServer1@wmoGbl_GoodsIssue_Src" was not found on WebLogic Server instance "qa2osb3_server4".
