[jira] [Created] (HBASE-6024) Add state of load balancer to cluster status

Gregory Chanan created HBASE-6024:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Add state of load balancer to cluster status
                 Key: HBASE-6024
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-6024
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Gregory Chanan
            Assignee: Gregory Chanan
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 0.96.0

There currently does not seem to be anyway to see if the load balancer is actually running or not. synchronousBalanceSwitch and balanceSwitch will return the state, but require possibly turning off/on the balancer.
