Marry Poppins is a github bot that helps you manage PRs [1]. To see marry pippins in action have a look at the AngularJS github repository [2]. One nice feature of marry poppins is, that is can check whether a contributor has a CLA filed [3]. Would nice to have this for our github mirrors if it is possible. Marry Poppins is implemented in JavaScript and requires node.js to run.
