Bug 29850
Does this mean there will be a 3.0.x release of Tapestry with
hivemind-enabling changes in it?
(What I mean is, changes that make it easier to add HiveMind support to)

Yes, there's a number of bugs that merit (IMO) a 3.0.1 release.
